Erika Kowall

Erika Kowall is an experienced professional in community outreach and energy consulting, currently serving as the Director of Midwestern State Affairs at the American Clean Power Association and as a member of the Board of Directors for the Clean Grid Alliance since August 2022. Previously, Erika held the position of Manager of Events at MATTER and served as the Director of Community Outreach for State Senator Ram Villivalam in the Illinois State Senate Democratic Caucus. Additional experience includes roles as Co-Founder & COO of Ehbed Energy Consulting, Energy Consultant at Vivint Solar, and various positions in customer development and constituent relations in both the Michigan House of Representatives and Granite Telecommunications. Erika holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Zoology with a focus on Cellular and Developmental Biology from Michigan State University and is an International Baccalaureate Diploma recipient.
