Louis Paress III

Louis Paress III has a diverse work experience in the field of Human Resources. Louis is currently working at Clean Harbors as the Senior Vice President of Human Resources. In this role, they direct the HR service delivery function for Plants, Facilities, and National Transportation Organizations in North America, reporting to the President of Facility Operations and the EVP of National Transportation.

Prior to that, they worked at Robert Reiser & Co as the Vice President of Human Resources, where they managed strategic human capital and business initiatives as a strategic business partner to the C-Suite and Board members.

Louis also held the position of Vice President of Human Resources and Administration at Charter Contracting Company, where they managed HR activities including employee and labor relations, payroll, benefits, talent management, and diversity & inclusion efforts.

With their experience at Global Partners LP as the Senior Director of Human Resources, they directed employee relations strategy and managed facility operations, serving as a strategic partner to Board members and C-Level executives.

Louis Paress III has also worked at Clean Harbors as the Director of Human Resources, overseeing HR activities and Employee & Labor Relations strategy for plants and facility network across the US and Canada.

Louis started their career at Industrial Communications as the Human Resources Manager, responsible for employee relations support, talent recruitment, and benefit contract negotiation. Louis also led the development and implementation of company policies and procedures.

Before that, they worked as the Human Resources Supervisor at J.L. Hammett Co, where they oversaw employee relations for multi-site distribution/retail operations and led the implementation of a HRIS/payroll system.

Louis Paress III began their career as a Benefits Specialist at Partners Healthcare Systems/MGH Hospital, where they were part of the integration team during the merger between Mass General and Brigham and Women Hospitals.

Louis also served in the United States Naval Reserve as a Signalman 2nd Class and in the US Navy as a Signalman 3rd Class.

Louis Paress III has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Eastern Nazarene College and an Associate of Science degree in Business Administration from Newbury College.
