Tanya Dehoyos (she/her/ella)

Tanya DeHoyos, SPHR (she/her/ella) has a diverse work experience in various roles related to human resources and people management. Tanya is currently serving as the Director of People & Culture at Clean Power Alliance since February 2022. Prior to that, Tanya worked at the National Health Foundation, where they held the position of Chief People Officer from 2019 to March 2022, and Director of People and Culture from September 2017 to April 2019. Before joining the National Health Foundation, they served as the Human Resources and Safety Director at Duke's Landscape Management for over 12 years, from May 2005 to June 2017. Tanya also gained experience as a Management Trainer/Manager at H&M from 2003 to 2005.

Tanya DeHoyos, SPHR, has a Master of Science in Education degree in Learning Design and Technology from Purdue University - The Graduate School. Tanya also holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Organizational Leadership from Penn State University. In addition to their formal education, Tanya has obtained several certifications to further enhance their professional expertise. Tanya obtained the Senior Professional in Human Resources® (SPHR®) Certification from HRCI in 2010. Tanya also holds the SHRM-SCP certification from SHRM, obtained in July 2016. Tanya has recently acquired the Diversity Equity and Inclusion Certification as well as the HR Analytics Certification, both from Cornell University in April and July 2023 respectively.
