Marlene Hedt

Marlene Hedt has a diverse work experience in various HR roles. Marlene is currently the Head of People Delivery & Partnering at Cleanaway Waste Management and was previously the Group HR Manager - Delivery & Business Partnering at the same company. Before that, Marlene worked at AusNet Services as a Manager, HR Delivery, leading a team of HR Business Partners. Marlene also had roles as a Senior Strategic HR & Change Business Partner and HR Business Partner at AusNet Services. Marlene also worked as an HR Manager (contract) at irexchange and held HR positions at Oxygen, a DXC Technology Company.

Marlene Hedt completed their Graduate Certificate in Business Management specializing in Human Resources from Swinburne University of Technology between 2006 and 2008. Earlier, they graduated from Monash University in 2004 with a degree in Science, focusing on Physiology, Pharmacology & Anatomy.
