Michelle Hirst

Michelle Hirst is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in clinical operations, currently serving as the Director of Clinical Operations at Clear Arch Health since January 2022. In this role, Michelle focuses on developing programs to improve clinical outcomes, analyzing productivity data, and leading clinical staff towards operational excellence. Prior to Clear Arch Health, Michelle held the same title at Resideo from October 2018 to December 2021, where responsibilities included driving clinical performance and managing quality management systems. Michelle also spent over fifteen years at Honeywell, first as a Clinical Consultant and then as the Director of Clinical Operations, where strategic direction for clinical services and innovation was a key focus. Michelle Hirst holds a Bachelor of Science in Registered Nursing from Fitchburg State University.
