Carolyne Kelley

Carolyne Kelley is an experienced professional in project management and election technology, currently serving as a Senior Project Manager at Clear Ballot Group since March 2015, focusing on new voting systems and upgrades. Prior to this role, Carolyne provided national support for Dominion Voting's software and hardware as a Contract Engagement at PDS Tech, Inc., and directed multi-million-dollar initiatives at Dominion Voting Systems/Sequoia Voting Systems. Carolyne's career also includes significant contributions as an Operations Manager at Sequoia Voting Systems, overseeing large-scale projects and implementations, and as a Program Specialist in the Elections Division of the Colorado Department of State. Carolyne holds a BS in Business Management from the University of Colorado Denver and is a certified Agile Certified ScrumMaster.
