Kristen Chapin

Kristen Chapin, SHRM-CP, currently serves as the Vice President of People Operations at Clear Ballot Group since November 2021. Prior to this role, Kristen was the Vice President of HR & People Strategy at NVNA and Hospice from October 2018 to November 2021, where Kristen also held the position of Director of HR. Kristen's experience at ezCater spanned from November 2010 to October 2018, with roles including Director of Talent Ops, Director of Caterer Satisfaction, and Director of Customer Experience. Before this, Kristen was an Independent Business Owner at Whirlwind Events from 2000 to 2010, leading a successful event planning firm. Kristen holds a Master’s Degree in Human Resources Management from Emmanuel College and a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from Westfield State University.
