Philip House

Philip House is the Chief Governance and Legal Officer at Clear Bank. Prior to joining Clear Bank, they served as the General Counsel at SafeNed Ltd from October 2014 to February 2016. Before that, they were with Visa Europe as the Legal/Risk Manager from April 2013 to October 2014. From September 2011 to April 2013, they worked as a caseworker and regulator at the Financial Ombudsman Service. Philip House also has experience serving on the Board of Directors for ClearBank Europe DAC & Abele Technologies Limited.

Philip House went to Ballyclare High School (Grammar) and then attended Ulster University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) in Law with Criminology. Philip then took the Introduction to Securities and Investments course at the Chartered Institute of Securities and Investments. After that, they attended Harvard Law School and obtained a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in International Human Rights Concentration. Finally, they took a Bar Vocational Course at The College of Law.
