Michael P. Stump

Michael P. Stump is an experienced HR/People enthusiast and executive advisor with a strong background in business agility and organizational transformation. Currently serving as an Executive Advisor at JLS - Just Leading Solutions, Stump guides CHROs and other executives in adopting new ways of working. Stump's extensive experience includes board memberships at Clear Child Psychology and Rentouch, as well as previous roles at Gladwell Academy and Scaled Agile, Inc., where responsibilities included global partner programs and managing international business units. Stump holds a BS in Computer Science/Systems Engineering and multiple certifications in agile methodologies, including SAFe Fellow and Certified ScrumMaster.
