Steven Bonilla

Steven Bonilla is an experienced project manager with a diverse background in overseeing high-end residential and commercial construction projects. Currently working as a Project Manager for a private company since June 2023, Steven also holds the position of Senior Estimator & Resource Manager at Clear Construction since October 2020. Previous roles include Senior Project Manager at Houck Construction, Inc., and Project Manager positions with the County of Ventura and GSA Projects, where responsibilities included managing maintenance personnel and project oversight. Steven began their career in the construction industry in 1991 and has consistently demonstrated expertise in estimating, scheduling, labor tracking, and quality control throughout various projects.
