Rick Williams

Rick Williams is an experienced biological consultant specializing in conservation biology with a focus on native trout, steelhead, and salmon in the Intermountain West and Pacific Northwest. Since 1993, Rick has operated as an Independent Biological Consultant at Clear Creek Consulting, providing services in stream and habitat restoration along with population assessments. Rick co-owns Idaho Angler, a fly fishing outfitter established in 1996, and has served as a Senior Conservation Advisor in the Federation of Fly Fishers while being actively involved in its Casting Instructor Program since 1996. Rick has held various leadership roles in the Boy Scouts of America since 2004, including Assistant Scoutmaster and regional conservation advocate. Rick holds advanced degrees in Ecology and Conservation Biology from Brigham Young University and a Bachelor of Arts in Zoology and English Literature from The College of Idaho.
