Barry Wolf

Barry Wolf is an experienced professional in workforce management with a robust background in various leadership roles. Currently serving as the Director of Workforce Management at Clear Harbor since February 2015, Barry created growth plans and staffing models to meet client service level objectives while streamlining workflow processes across multiple departments. Prior to this, Barry was the Manager of the Command Center for Independence Blue Cross, where strategies for Workforce Management were developed to support over 2 million members, along with creating a $90 million budget model. Barry also held the position of Sr. Manager of Forecasting and Analysis at Comcast Cable, overseeing centralized forecasting and capacity planning for the Eastern Division. Barry holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from Wilmington University.
