Eileen Finn

As Director of Operations, Eileen wears many hats. She is responsible for all day-to-day operations of Clear Impact’s home office in Rockville, MD. Eileen is also the Human Resources Manager and assists in finding new talent, onboarding new staff, and managing benefits.

In addition to her responsibilities as Director of Operations, Eileen also manages Clear Impact’s Results-Based Accountability Professional Certification Program. She handles registering new participants, shipping materials, grading assignments, coaching each person on their Turn the Curve Action Plan

assignment, and solving any issues users may have with the program website.

Eileen has been a Sign Language Interpreter for over 30 years and continues to interpret in her spare time along with mentoring new interpreters. She also serves in her community on the board of directors for the Mark D. Pacione Foundation and as a volunteer with Progressive Maryland on their Drug Policy Task Force. She has a B.S. in Interpreting and an M.A. in Theology.
