As Chief Operating Officer, Doug Black brings over thirty years of senior leadership experience in telecommunications including fiber, wireless, voice and data center technologies. Over the decades he has provided strategic and tactical leadership managing multiple teams including network and field operations, engineering, IT, provisioning, order entry and order management, outside plant, customer care, repair, OSS/BSS, network relations, regulatory, software development, technical support and sales engineering.
