Ricardo Quinto

Ricardo Quinto currently serves as the Senior Director of Public Affairs and Communications at CLEAR, a position held since April 2024. Prior to this role, Quinto worked at SoFi as the Senior Lead for Public Policy and Product Communications from November 2020 to April 2024. Quinto also held the position of Executive Vice President and Communications Director at the Center for Responsible Lending from August 2016 to November 2020, where responsibilities included acting as chief media spokesperson and leading a communications team in Washington, D.C. Earlier experience includes serving as Press Secretary in the U.S. Senate, focusing on communication strategies, as well as roles at Ogilvy, David Onek for San Francisco District Attorney, the U.S. House of Representatives, and the Congressional Hispanic Caucus Institute. Quinto holds a Master's degree in Government and Communications from The Johns Hopkins University and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from UCLA.
