Lauren Hempstead

Lauren Hempstead is a seasoned compliance professional with extensive experience in the financial services sector. Currently serving as a Senior Compliance Analyst at ClearBridge Investments since June 2021, Lauren is responsible for generating detailed analyses and statistics related to account breaches and error reporting, as well as developing risk procedures for new investment programs. Prior to this role, Lauren held the position of Vice President, Oversight Manager at Morgan Stanley from 2004 to June 2021, where responsibilities included creating presentations for senior management, executing business continuity plans, and tracking assets under management. Lauren holds a Master of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Connecticut and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management from Sacred Heart University.
