Mike Pontillo

Mike Pontillo is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management and program leadership across multiple industries. Currently serving as the Senior Salesforce Program Manager at ClearCaptions, LLC, Mike has successfully led the migration from Salesforce Classic to the Lightning platform. Previously, Mike was the PMO Director at the California Dental Association, where responsibilities included building a project management organization and managing strategic projects such as the Guidewire implementation. At Blue Shield of California, Mike played a pivotal role in health care reform initiatives. With a solid foundation in operations management honed during a lengthy tenure at Hewlett-Packard, Mike has developed methodologies that drive process improvements and enhance project governance on an international scale. Mike holds a Bachelor of Computer Science from California State University, Chico.
