Elena Pak

Elena Pak currently serves as the Head of Back Office at Clear Channel Europe, a position held since January 2023, while also being the Co-Founder and General Manager for the UK at YaizY since January 2020, an innovative startup focused on delivering engaging edu-gaming courses for children. Previously, Elena Pak worked at British American Tobacco from December 2005 to December 2019, where roles included EU Track and Trace Programme Manager, Business Transformation Programme Manager, Finance Transformation Deployment Lead, and Head of Consumer Insights EMEA. During this tenure, substantial business benefits were achieved, including £2 billion in value delivery and effective implementation of EU regulatory compliance. Elena Pak holds an MBA in Business Administration and Management from London Business School, completed in July 2003.
