Kierra M. has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources and talent management.

Kierra is currently working at ClearCompany Talent Management Software as a Human Resources Generalist. In this role, they serve as the point of contact for HR-related matters, provides guidance and support to employees and managers, and assists the Director of HR and HRBP in addressing employee relations issues, HR compliance, and reporting requirements. Kierra also conducts regular audits and assessments to identify and address areas of non-compliance. Additionally, Kierra has undertaken the special project of being the Background Check Services Administrator.

Prior to this, Kierra worked as a Sourcing Specialist at ClearCompany, where they identified potential candidates through various sources such as employee referrals, social networking sites, and agencies.

Before joining ClearCompany, Kierra gained experience as a Talent Acquisition & HR Coordinator, where they supported a team of recruiters in coordinating and scheduling interviews, facilitated new hire acclimation by scheduling 1:1 department meetings, and created surveys to assess company processes and identify areas for improvement.

Kierra also has previous experience working at ADP as a Payroll Support Specialist, where they executed payroll strategies for clients across multiple states, provided leadership and expertise in payroll execution, and coached new payroll specialists. Kierra also organized team outings and events during their time at ADP.

Additionally, Kierra worked as an HR Administrative Assistant at ServiceSource, Inc and as a Benefits Specialist at the Florida Department of Children and Families. Kierra also served as an Employment Security Representative at Faneuil Inc.

Overall, Kierra M. has developed a strong skill set in HR-related roles, including employee relations, talent acquisition, payroll support, and HR administration.

Kierra M. obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Business from the University of South Florida from 2008 to 2012. Kierra then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from Nova Southeastern University from 2017 to 2018.
