Kristen Tanner

Kristen Castello Tanner currently serves as the Insurance Accounting and Operations Lead at Clearcover, having joined the company in December 2022. Prior to this role, Kristen held various positions at RSM US LLP from September 2017 to December 2022, including Assurance Manager, Assurance Supervisor, Senior Assurance Associate, and Assurance Associate, where responsibilities included fiscal year-end audits and client interactions. Kristen began a career in accounting with an internship at RSM US LLP in 2016 and previously participated in McGladrey's Pathways Summer Leadership Program. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Miami University and a Master of Accounting from American University.
