Art Montelongo

Art Montelongo has a significant amount of experience in leadership roles. Art is currently working as the Manager of Customer Onboarding at ClearDATA, where they are responsible for assisting healthcare leaders with securely accelerating their digital transformation in the cloud. Prior to this, from 2017 to 2020, they held the position of VP of Customer Success at Inspired eLearning, LLC., leading teams in account management, implementation, and technical support. Before that, from 2016 to 2017, they served as the Director of Integrations and Transitions at Liquid Web, overseeing the decoupling and integration of systems. Art also has extensive experience with Rackspace, where they spent ten years from 2006 to 2016 in various roles, including Director of Fanatical Support. In this position, they led teams in delivering excellent customer service, focusing on quick response and resolution outcomes in the cloud and cloud office business units.

Art Montelongo attended The University of Texas at San Antonio from 1992 to 1996, where they obtained a Bachelor of Business degree in Business Administration. Following that, they pursued a Masters of Business Administration in Information Systems from 1996 to 1998 at the same institution.
