Neal Bonadies

Neal Bonadies has over 20 years of experience in the energy efficiency and digital solutions industry. Neal is currently working as the Director - Energy Efficiency Solution Architect at CLEAResult, where they design and implements energy efficiency solutions for utilities. Prior to their current role, they worked at Hitachi Vantara as a Global Solution Architect and Senior Manager in the Energy Practice, delivering digital solutions for manufacturing and asset management. Neal also has experience as a Principal Consultant and Owner at Lorient Consulting LLC.

Neal Bonadies has a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Virginia Tech.
