Sanjay Padhee

Sanjay Padhee is the Co-Founder and CEO of Clear Factor Ltd, leading the management team and directing the development of an invoice financing platform since March 2018. Prior to this role, Sanjay conducted independent research on blockchain protocols and invoice finance from December 2016 to February 2018. From October 2009 to November 2016, Sanjay served as Director at KNOVANK LTD, providing IT and organizational transformation services and developing the SPIDER® Framework. Earlier experience includes working at Carphone Warehouse as Application Technology Manager and responsible for group online operations and quality assurance, as well as various roles in the UK and India from June 1994 to March 2004, culminating in a position as Chief Architect.
