Hannah Beathard

Hannah Beathard, CPA, Vice President of Finance, joined ClearFlow over four years ago from PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) where she gained extensive experience in the assurance practice servicing clients from a wide array of industries, ranging from healthcare to large cap manufacturing companies, both in the private and publicly traded spheres. Hannah oversees all areas of Finance & Accounting at ClearFlow and has focused on implementing cutting-edge technology solutions and lean-work disciplines to ensure capital efficiency, while maintaining first-class management reporting and compliance. Other areas of expertise include organizational restructuring, cap table management, financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting. She has been materially involved in numerous debt & equity capital raises for the Company and regularly participates in vital business development work, presenting to venture capital firms, private equity firms and public corporations. Hannah holds an active certified public accountant license in the state of California and earned degrees in both Finance & Accounting, summa cum laude, from the University of Delaware. Under her leadership, ClearFlow has received all unqualified financial statement audit opinions.
