Chintan Karia

Chintan Karia is an accomplished software engineering professional with extensive experience in leadership and development. Currently serving as the Director of Software Engineering at Clearlink since December 2017, Chintan has been instrumental in growing engineering teams, collaborating with senior leadership to establish roadmaps, and fostering a positive engineering culture. Prior roles include Tech Lead for Marketing at Cognizant, where leadership of a seven-engineer team focused on LAMP-based software solutions. Earlier experiences span positions at GlobalSoft, Inc., Capgemini Consulting, aurionPro Solutions, NextTenders, and Edot Solutions, where responsibilities ranged from application enhancements to software development and content management system support.
