Erica Fredrickson

Erica Fredrickson's work experience begins in 2011 when they interned at the Kings County Brooklyn District Attorney's Office in the Early Case Assessment Bureau. In 2012, they interned at NYSE Euronext as a NYSE Regulation Intern. Later in 2012, they joined NYSE as an Issuer Regulation Analyst, and in 2014, they transitioned to the role of Market Regulation Analyst. In 2015, they became the Exchange Traded Products Listings Lead at NYSE, and they held this position until 2017. In 2017, they joined GTS as a Corporate Services Associate, and in 2021, they were promoted to Chief of Staff. Currently, Erica is the Chief Operating Officer at ClearList, where they are responsible for transforming the equities marketplace for private companies.

Erica Fredrickson completed their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Mathematics with a minor in Spanish from Drew University in 2012. In 2011, they participated in a study abroad program at Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona, focusing on Spanish Language & Culture. Erica then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at NYU Stern School of Business from 2014 to 2017, specializing in Leadership and Change Management, Marketing, and General Management.
