Grace Pallazola

Grace Pallazola has worked in various roles since 1987. Grace began their career at Delta Air Lines as a Passenger Service Supervisor, where they provided excellent customer service to meet passenger needs, coordinated employee work schedules to ensure proper coverage, and ensured on time performance. In 2007, they moved to Professional Communication Systems (PCS) as an Account Manager/List Sales Executive, where they worked closely with major clients to meet their direct marketing needs. In 2011, they joined VaultLogix as a Channel Account Manager, where they helped businesses back up data both locally and offsite. In 2016, they became a Product Manager at Canoos, a Golf Boat Shoe company, where they were solely responsible for customer service and resolution of conflicts to improve customer satisfaction. Finally, in 2017, they joined ClearMotion (formerly Levant Power) as US Office Manager- Operations and Executive Assistant. At ClearMotion, they worked to reinvent the future of the automobile.

Grace Pallazola is currently enrolled at Bay State College.
