Darrel Rader

Darrel Rader has extensive work experience in the technology industry, beginning with a Software Developer role at the United States Government - Tinker Air Force Base, OK in 1987. Darrel then moved to Rational Software as a Software Engineering Specialist in 1992, and was promoted to Technical Lead - Southwest District in 1996. In 2000, they joined IBM as a Technical Leader, Capability and Community Development, IBM Rational Lab Services, where they held the role of Manager, WW Technical Enablement and Director, WW Field Enablement. In 2014, they joined ClearObject as Director Customer Success, and was promoted to VP Engineering Services in 2021.

Darrel Rader attended Shawnee High School from 1980 to 1983. Darrel then went on to Oklahoma Baptist University, where they earned a B.S. in Mathematics between 1983 and 1986.
