Andy Dale

Andy Dale serves as the General Counsel and Chief Privacy Officer at OpenAP since January 2023, an organization founded and owned by major U.S. TV networks. In addition, Andy has been an Executive Board Member at The L Suite since May 2023 and serves as an advisor to several companies including DataGrail, Ethena, BreachRx, Aline, ClearOps, SafeGuard Privacy, LinkSquares, and Freeze since May 2014. Prior roles include General Counsel and Chief Privacy Officer at Alyce by Sendoso from May 2020 to November 2022, General Counsel and VP of Global Data Privacy at SessionM from March 2018 to May 2020, and VP of Legal and Data Protection Officer at dataxu from February 2014 to March 2018. Andy's career began at TD Ameritrade as Counsel, followed by an associate position at Jacobs & Dembert, and experience as a law clerk for Hon. Allen L. Schwait at the Baltimore City Circuit Court. Early career includes a production assistant role at ESPN. Andy holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Colgate University and a JD from the University of Baltimore School of Law.
