Jacob Kincer

Jacob Kincer is a Program Manager at ClearPath, with a robust background in energy policy and economic analysis. Previously, Kincer held several roles at The Energy for Growth Hub, including Senior Energy Policy Analyst and Policy Analyst for Nuclear Energy. Experience also includes consulting positions at the Center for Global Development and the U.S. Department of the Treasury, where Kincer managed project approvals and conducted in-depth analyses of international infrastructure projects. Academic qualifications include a Master’s Degree in International Security and Economic Policy from the University of Maryland School of Public Policy and a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from the University of Maryland.
