Ben Phear

Ben Phear is a seasoned software engineer with diverse experience in various engineering roles across multiple companies. Currently serving as a Software Engineer at ClearPoint since July 2022, Phear previously held positions as a Senior Embedded Software Engineer at 4RF Limited and a Senior Software Engineer at Eight360. Prior to these roles, Phear worked at Aviat Networks as a Signal Processing Engineer and Software Engineer. Academic contributions include positions as a Software Engineering Consultant, Research Assistant, and Lecturer/Tutor at the University of Nottingham Malaysia Campus. Phear's early research experience was gained as a Research Student at the University of Canterbury. Phear holds a Bachelor of Engineering with Honors in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Canterbury and a Master of Philosophy in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Nottingham Malaysia.
