Heather Holmes Floyd

Heather Holmes Floyd has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Heather is currently serving as a Senior Outplacement Consultant & Executive Coach at ClearRock, Inc., where they started in July 2017. Prior to this, they held the positions of Senior Consultant and Consultant at the same company. Before joining ClearRock, Inc., Heather worked as an Executive Coach and Senior Consultant at Wellesley Partners, LTD from September 2010 onwards. In addition, they also worked as an Executive Coach and Consultant at Compass Coaching and Consulting starting from September 2009. Heather has also served as a Board Member at the International Coach Federation New England Chapter from March 2014 to July 2017. Furthermore, they have previous experience as a Former Board Member and Chair of the Development Committee at the National Marfan Foundation from 2000 to 2010. Starting their career, Heather worked as an Employee Relations Manager at the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute from 1987 to 1994.

Heather Holmes Floyd obtained their Bachelor's degree from Bowdoin College in 1983. Heather double majored in Government & Legal Studies and Psychology during the four-year period. After completing their undergraduate studies, they enrolled at Boston University in 1982 and earned a Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) in 1984, concentrating in Health Care. In addition to their formal education, Heather has also acquired certifications as a Physician Development Coach and Certified Co-Active Life Coach from the Physician Coaching Institute and Coaches Training Institute.
