Heather Holmes Floyd has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Heather is currently serving as a Senior Outplacement Consultant & Executive Coach at ClearRock, Inc., where they started in July 2017. Prior to this, they held the positions of Senior Consultant and Consultant at the same company.
