Lee Westerfield is an accomplished financial executive with extensive experience in chief financial officer (CFO) roles across various technology sectors, primarily focusing on healthtech, fintech, and adtech. Currently serving as Interim CFO at Veradigm®, Lee previously held the CFO position at Clearsense, where responsibilities included finance, investor relations, and corporate communications. Prior to Clearsense, significant contributions were made at Dstillery, Aetion, and Uphold Inc., overseeing financial operations and strategic initiatives that drove growth and profitability.
