Louis Wilkerson

Louis Wilkerson, MBA, MSIT, PMP, CSM has extensive experience in the field of business development and program management, specifically in the defense and IT sectors. Currently, they serve as the Director of Business Development DoD at Optiv + ClearShark. Prior to this, they held various roles at CACI International Inc, including Deputy Program Manager and Director Of Quality & Performance. Louis has also worked at General Dynamics Information Technology, iGov, Special Operations Command Europe, L-3, KTI, United States Southern Command, and NATO in different program management and engineering positions. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated expertise in developing system designs, writing proposals, managing personnel, and ensuring enterprise standards. Louis Wilkerson has strong leadership skills and a proven track record of success in executing projects effectively.

Louis Wilkerson has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the University of Management and Technology, which they obtained from 2016 to 2021. Prior to that, they earned a Master of Science in Information Technology (MS IT) from the same university from 2006 to 2008. Louis also holds a Bachelor of Science in Liberal Arts (BS LA) from Excelsior University, which they completed from 1996 to 2000.
