Nicoletta Galimberti

Nicoletta Galimberti has over 10 years of experience in software product assurance and quality management in various industries including aerospace, defense, and transportation. Nicoletta started their career as a Software Quality Assurance Engineer at Alstom Transport, where they assessed the TCMS Development Process and verified conformance to industry standards. Nicoletta then worked as a Quality Expert at Bracco Imaging France and as a Software Product Assurance Consultant at Thales Alenia Space, ensuring compliance with space industry standards and managing technical and program documentation. Nicoletta also served as a Product Assurance Manager at Finmeccanica - Selex ES, where they were responsible for quality planning and control, change and configuration management, and managing audits and inspections.

In 2013, Nicoletta joined OHB-Sweden as a SW Product Assurance Manager and later moved to Airbus Defence and Space as a SW Quality Assurance Engineer. Nicoletta joined OHB SE in 2018 as a SW Product Assurance Manager, working on various projects including ANITA2, VIP-GRAN, Lagrange Photospheric Magnetic Field Imager, CHIME phase A/B1, and AMDevSW.

In 2019, Nicoletta joined ESA/ESTEC as a Software Product Assurance Engineer, supporting different ESA projects throughout the software life cycle. Nicoletta is currently working at Sapienza Consulting - A Serco Company as a Software Product Assurance Engineer and will be starting a new role as a Senior Software Product Assurance at ClearSpace in 2023.

Nicoletta Galimberti completed their Master's Degree in Computer Science from the Università degli Studi di Milano, spanning from 1980 to 1989. In addition to their formal education, they obtained certifications in "Comparing Agile versus Waterfall Project Management" from LinkedIn in January 2022, and in "ARCS Registered Assessor" from ARCS International Assessors Registration and Certification Scheme in August 2021.
