Dima Rafoul

Customer Support Specialist at Clearspeed

Dima Rafoul has worked at several companies in a variety of roles. In 2015, Rafoul started as a Supervisor/Management Team Member at CVS Pharmacy and worked there until 2019. In 2020, Rafoul was an Account Executive Intern at The Daily Titan. Later that year, Rafoul became an Administrative Operations Manager at Litigation Practice Group until 2022, where they then transitioned to a Senior Account Manager role until 2023. In 2022, Rafoul also started working as a Customer Support Specialist at Clearspeed. In 2012, Rafoul was also a Manager at San O Mart Liquor.

Dima Rafoul attended Saddleback College from 2015 to 2018, but did not obtain a degree or field of study. From 2018 to 2020, Dima attended California State University, Fullerton and received a Bachelor's degree in Communications and Advertising. Dima also obtained two additional certifications: "Become a Social Media Advertising Specialist" from LinkedIn in April 2020 and "Learning Excel Desktop (Office 365)" from LinkedIn in September 2019.
