Tessa Hare

Tessa Hare has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. Tessa started their career as an intern at the Pennsylvania Board of Probation and Parole in 2016. Following that, they worked at Avesta Systems, Inc. in multiple roles such as Background Review Specialist, Project Manager, and Director of Background and Drug Screening from 2016 to 2020. In 2020, they joined OnShift as Manager of Background and Drug Screening, and later served as the Employ (ATS) Practice Manager. Currently, Tessa is working at ClearStar, Inc., where they held the position of Sr. Director of Implementations before being promoted to the role of Vice President, Service Delivery in June 2023.

Tessa Hare holds a Bachelor's Degree in Criminology and Security Studies from Slippery Rock University. Tessa attended Our Lady of the Elms High School as well. In 2016, they obtained the NAPBS Advanced FCRA Certification from NAPBS.
