Matt Hooper has extensive work experience in the banking industry. Matt started their career at Royal Bank of Scotland in 1989 as a Securities Services Manager and worked there until 1995. In 1995, they joined Clearstream Banking as the Head of Section for Transition Management and Training. From 2000 to 2007, they served as the Head of Customer Services for the UK, Ireland, and Nordic regions. In 2010, they became a Senior Vice President, responsible for Relationship Management at Clearstream Banking. Matt also held the role of Senior Vice President for Strategy Business Development from 2019 to 2020. Throughout their career, Matt has demonstrated their expertise in customer service, issue escalation, product development, and CRM tools.
Matt Hooper attended the ICMA Centre in 1997, where they completed the Operations Certificate Programme. Prior to that, they attended Gravesend Grammar School for boys from 1985 to 1989.
