James Dillon Beard is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in commercial leadership and financial management. Currently serving as Commercial Lead and Financial Close Practice Lead at Clearsulting since April 2021, James has a robust background with KPMG US, where roles included Advisory Director and Financial Management Senior Associate from September 2015 to March 2021. Prior to KPMG, James worked as a Senior Accounting Analyst and Trintech Systems Administrator at LKQ Corporation, where responsibilities included administering web-based financial solutions and overseeing implementation across business lines. Early career experience includes roles as Junior Controller at Commercial Filter and Maintenance Co. Inc., where accounting and office administration were managed, and as Floor Manager/Buyer at Richwell Furniture Direct. James holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Christian Brothers University and has further educational exposure from Queen Mary University of London.
