Sharon Leong

Sharon Leong has extensive work experience in various leadership and management roles. 🌐 Sharon is currently serving as the Chief of Staff to the Managing Director at ClearView Wealth Limited since 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Bank of Queensland as the Executive Business Manager to Group Executive, Retail Banking and HR, and CEO ME Bank from 2019 to 2023. 🌐 Sharon also worked at Westpac as the PMO Lead - Advice Separation Program in 2019. Before that, Sharon held the position of Strategy & Business Manager to General Manager, Platforms & Investments at BT from 2017 to 2019. 🌐 Sharon has also worked at Westpac Group as a Senior Manager - Enterprise Change & Transformation, Senior Project Manager - Service Excellence (secondment), and Senior Portfolio & Enterprise Operations Manager. Sharon has earlier experience in the finance and consulting industry, having worked at RSA, TechnologyOne, Aveo Group, Ansett, and National Australia Bank.

Sharon Leong holds a Bachelor of Commerce and a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) from The University of Queensland. 🌐 Sharon has also completed the CPA Australia Program. In addition, Sharon has obtained multiple certifications, including Certified Organisational Coach - Level 1 Accreditation from the Institute of Executive Coaching and Leadership (IECL), Managing Successful Programmes from PM-Partners group, P3O Foundation from PM-Partners group, and Prince2 Practitioner from APM Group. The Prince2 Practitioner certification was obtained in December 2004.
