Stefan Sachsenhauser

Stefan Sachsenhauser has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Stefan is currently serving as the Managing Director at Clearwater International Corporate Finance since September 2021. Prior to this, they worked at EY, where they held the position of Senior Manager, SaT, M&A-Advisory from March 2016 to August 2021. From 2008 to 2016, Stefan was a Partner at ConAlliance - M&A Advisors for the Healthcare Industry. Stefan also worked at Sandoz as the Head of Business Planning & Analysis in 2007, at Infor Global Solutions as the Director of Group Controlling EMEA from 2004 to 2007, at KPMG as a Consultant in Corporate Finance from 1999 to 2001, and at Kreissparkasse München Starnberg Ebersberg as a Bankkaufmann from 1989 to 1991.

Stefan Sachsenhauser pursued their education in various institutions. Stefan started their academic journey in 1992 at the University of Regensburg, where they studied Wirtschaftswissenschaften and obtained a Diplomkaufmann degree in 1998. During their time at the University of Regensburg, they also had the opportunity to broaden their knowledge by studying International Business at University College Dublin from 1995 to 1996. Later, in 2017, they enrolled at IHK Frankfurt, where they focused on Rechnungs- und Finanzwesen and successfully completed their Geprüfter Bilanzbuchhalter IHK degree in 2018.
