Eric Ackerman began their education in 1997 at St. Cloud State University, where they studied Music Theory and Composition. However, they transferred to St. Cloud Technical and Community College in 1999, where they obtained an Associate's degree in Culinary Arts/Chef Training in 2021. In 2006, Eric also completed a certificate program in Franchisee Ownership/Business Operations at Quiznos University Program for Business Ownership.
