Jon Moore MS, JD, HCISPP

Jon Moore has a diverse work experience that spans over two decades. Jon is currently serving as the Chief Risk Officer and Senior Vice President of Consulting Services & Customer Success at Clearwater since April 2018. Previously, they worked at Strategy and Operations Consulting as a Trusted Advisor from February 2013 to April 2018.

From 2011 to 2013, Jon worked as an Attorney at Moore Law Offices where they focused on Internet, IT security, and privacy-related issues.

Prior to this, they held a significant role at PwC as a Director. Jon'sresponsibilities included being a trusted advisor to public and private sector clients, leading the development of PwC's long-term IT product and solution sales strategy, and serving as the technology leader for PwC's Washington Federal Practice and its Federal Healthcare Practice and IT Security and Data Management Practice. Jon worked at PwC from January 2004 to May 2011.

Before joining PwC, Jon was a Senior Consultant at CGI. Jon was responsible for business development, product development, and delivery of IT consulting, Governance, Risk, and Compliance engagements. Jon was also the architect of the IT Governance Support System, a Federal IT governance compliance tool. Jon worked at CGI from 2003 to 2004.

Additionally, Jon worked as an Attorney at Moore Law Offices, which they founded, from 2002 to 2003. Jon'sfocus at the firm was on business development, client service, and operations.

Furthermore, Jon served as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at Carnegie Mellon University School of Computer Science for Professor Michael Shamos's Internet Law Course in 2002.

Jon Moore holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Haverford College, which they obtained from 1984 to 1988. Jon then pursued a Juris Doctor (JD) degree in Law at Penn State Dickinson Law from 1988 to 1991. In 2001 and 2002, Jon attended Carnegie Mellon University, where they completed a Master of Science (MS) degree in E-commerce. Jon Moore also obtained various certifications, including the HCISPP certification from (ISC)² in July 2018. In February 2017, they received a certification in Machine Learning from the University of Washington. From 2016 to 2017, Jon obtained multiple certifications in Machine Learning from Coursera Course Certificates, specializing in clustering and retrieval, classification, regression, and foundations. Additionally, they earned the AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner certification from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in January 2021. Jon Moore has also completed courses on data manipulation at scale systems and algorithms through Coursera, as well as Java and Python 3 tutorials from SoloLearn.
