Jordan Ikner has a diverse work experience in various industries. In 2016, they worked as a Marketing and Public Relations Intern for the Columbus Cottonmouths Hockey team, where they managed social media accounts and organized the team's re-branding press conference. Jordan also interned as a Public Relations Intern for Project Horseshoe Farm, where they ran a campaign on LinkedIn to increase awareness and establish long-term connections for the company.
In 2017, Ikner served as an Account Executive for the Atlanta Gladiators, handling individual, group, and corporate accounts for season and mini ticket plans. Jordan also worked as the Director of Ticket Sales for the Columbus Cottonmouths Hockey team, responsible for group and corporate ticket sales, as well as assisting in the Marketing and Fan Relations departments.
From 2018 to 2019, Ikner worked as a Full-Desk Recruiter for Tech USA, recruiting top talent for manufacturing companies and pitching qualified candidates to hiring managers.
From 2019 to 2022, Ikner joined N3, initially as a Sales Development Representative II and eventually becoming a Sales Manager for the Uber Eats full-cycle sales campaign. Jordan managed a team of 28 Sales Representatives, launched a pilot program with 10 agents, and expanded the team to 100 representatives. Jordan engaged in daily activities such as making a minimum of 60 dials, outreach through emails and texts, and meeting 100+ daily activities.
In 2022, Ikner worked as a Global Sales Manager for Accenture, after N3 was acquired by the company. Jordan managed the Uber Eats campaign, overseeing a team of 28 Sales Representatives and launching a 10-Agent pilot program. Jordan expanded the team to 100 representatives and diversified sales efforts into new verticals.
Most recently, in 2022 and 2023, Ikner joined Saltbox as an Inside Sales Manager, involved in launching new locations across the United States, utilizing Salesforce to build dashboards, and leading a team of Sales Representatives in qualifying new leads.
Ikner is currently working as a Business Development Manager for Clearwave Corporation, a position they started in 2023.
From 2011 to 2016, Jordan Ikner attended The University of Alabama, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Communications and Information Sciences with a specialization in Public Relations.
