Dr. Darren K. Allen

Dr. Darren K. Allen has a diverse work experience in finance and administration. Dr. Darren K. has served as the Chief Financial Officer for Cleaver-Brooks since 2020 and was previously the Chief Financial Officer for Fenix Auto Parts from 2018 to 2020. In this role, they were responsible for managing financial reporting, navigating SEC investigations and IRS audits, and improving profitability. Prior to Fenix Auto Parts, Dr. Allen held the position of Senior VP Finance and Administration & CFO for North America at AGRO Merchants Group from 2016 to 2018, where they successfully consolidated multiple companies into one. Dr. Darren K. also contributed to the turnaround of Autolite as the CFO - Vice President of Finance from 2012 to 2015, implementing cost savings programs that resulted in a 15% increase in EBITDA. Dr. Allen has held various other financial leadership roles throughout their career, including roles at CSM Bakery Products, McClain Kerr Holdings, AdobeAir, Inc., General Mills, and Newell Rubbermaid.

Dr. Darren K. Allen holds a Doctorate in Business from Georgia State University - J. Mack Robinson College of Business, which they obtained from 2010 to 2013. Prior to that, they completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business from Appalachian State University between 1995 and 1997. Dr. Darren K. also achieved their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill from 1990 to 1994. The field of study for their BA degree is unknown.
