Karen Nolan

Karen Nolan has extensive experience in sales and management spanning several decades, primarily within the engineering and manufacturing sectors. Since September 2013, Karen has held multiple positions at Cleaver-Brooks, including Retired Aftermarket Sales Manager and Manager of Aftermarket Growth Initiatives, focusing on aftermarket sales for water tube boilers. Prior to this, Karen worked at ATACO Steel Products as Inside Sales Manager, overseeing sales operations for a custom metal fabrication manufacturer, and at ABS Pumps Dewatering Division in a similar role. Earlier career achievements include managing a $21 million territory as Regional Sales Manager at PD Wire and Cable and serving as Senior Sales Engineer at Johnson Controls. Karen holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from the University of Illinois System and an MBA in Marketing from DePaul University.
