Msiop Don Rufus

Don Rufus, MSIOP, is currently a Corporate Talent Development and Employee Experience Specialist at Cleaver-Brooks, where responsibilities include strategic planning for talent development and recruiting across various platforms. Previous roles include Corporate Human Resource Generalist and intern at Cleaver-Brooks, as well as Student Director of Recruitment and Retention for the SHRM chapter at Valdosta State University.
