Malwina Kruk has been working in the field of communication and employer branding since 2017. Malwina began their career in 2017 as a Project Coordinator for "auTOprezentacJA" at Zwolnieni z Teorii. In 2019, they took on an HR and recruitment intership at MEDIPE and an intership in internal communication at Volkswagen Motor Polska. In 2020, they worked as a Junior communication & EB specialist and an EB & Communication Intern at Cleeng, as well as a Marketing intern at hyperCREW sp. z o.o. Currently, they are employed as an Employer Branding & Communication Specialist at Cleeng.
Malwina Kruk obtained their Licencjat (Lic.) in Public Relations, reklama, komunikacja wizerunkowa from Uniwersystet Wrocławski between 2017 and 2020. From 2016 to 2019, they obtained their Licencjat (Lic.) in Social Projects Management from the University of Wroclaw.
