Martijn Wuijts has over 6 years of work experience. From 2019 to present, they have worked at Cleeng as an Account Director, Customer Experience Manager, and Project Assistant. Prior to that, from 2013 to 2019, they worked at Conduent as a Delivery Manager, where they were responsible for achieving KPI's for the BeNeLux area and overseeing 3 team leaders with a total of 50 direct reports. As a Customer Experience Manager at Cleeng, they were responsible for the end-user care team, managing team-leads, and implementing best-practice BPO processes and reporting.
