Tom McKernan

Tom McKernan is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in leadership positions. Currently serving as Chief Legal Officer and President of Clemens Development at Clemens Food Group since February 2017, Tom previously held the role of Vice President, Legal Affairs, General Counsel, and Secretary at Preferred from September 2014 to January 2017. Prior legal roles include Counsel at Teva Pharmaceuticals and Associate at Blank Rome LLP. Tom started their career as a Professional Health Care Representative at Pfizer, Inc. and as a Financial Advisor at Freedom Financial Group. Tom holds a JD with honors from Rutgers Law School and a BA in Psychology from the University of Delaware.
